Payment

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Cash, Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, Wire Transfer or e-mail transfer.

Tax

5% GST and 7% PST tax applies to local orders from British Columbia (BC).
Canadian orders shipped out of BC are subject to 5% GST.
US and International orders are exempt from Canadian GST and PST.

Order processing time

Please allow 1 to 7 business days for your order to be completed and shipped. Shipping confirmation will be sent via e-mail.
Please note that custom made orders are quoted individually for timing and cost.

We offer worldwide shipping from Vancouver, BC Canada. We ship via Canada Post and Fedex.

Standard Shipping and Handling

Canada – $6.00 CAD

Canadian orders are shipped via CanadaPost’s LetterMail service. Delivery takes up to 4 business days.

USA – $8.00 CAD

USA orders are shipped via CanadaPost’s Letter Post service. Delivery takes up to 6 business days.

International – $20.00 CAD

International orders are shipped via CanadaPost’s Letter Post service. Delivery takes up to 7 business days.

Exchanges, Lost Packages

Please make sure that the address you enter at check out is the most current address. If the package is returned to us, we will need to charge shipping fees again to re-send it.  Please understand that due to the nature of custom jewellery being tailored for your specific requirements all custom jewellery orders are final sale.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us prior to shipping it back to us. When you are ready to ship it back, please remember to keep the product in its original packaging. Once we receive the package, we will do our best to replace the product, if we are unable to replace we will reimburse via your method of purchase payment.

We regret that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost packages

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us for further assistance.

Custom Made

We use various materials including natural, untreated, semi-precious gemstones and because each item is custom made individually, each one may vary slightly from the photo.
