What’s the similarity between a snowflake and diamond?

Snowflakes and diamonds have the same unique attributes, no two are alike.

Many years ago when I was on a skiing trip, snowflakes landed on my jacket and they were so perfectly formed in their shapes, they were just like the paper doily cutouts that we used to make for Christmas decorations as children.

Now I look at diamonds the same way, each one sparkling like a pure, fresh snowflake. Science and nature are marvellous and the creation of snowflakes and diamonds are testament to what a wonderful planet we live on.

I hope you enjoy your holiday season with loved ones and friends and you take time to be awed at the gifts that nature has provided. Although snowflakes melt and are gone all too quickly a diamond truly is forever!
